For regulatory reasons, the Tourist Office applies the public KapMer rate. You still benefit from the same booking service as our Premium Partners: full management by the tourist office agent, with no waiting at the ticket office.

What discount can I get thanks to my partner accommodation provider?
The discount varies depending on the partner and the chosen trip. Ask at your accommodation's reception for the exact conditions. In any case, it is a discount offered by your accommodation provider on top of the KapMer rate.
My hotel is not on the list. What can I do?
The displayed list is partial (we have more than 50 partners). Ask your accommodation directly whether they offer KapMer benefits. If they do not, you can suggest their name to contact@kapmer.fr or via our contact form — we will reach out.
How does a partner QR code work?
Your accommodation provider (Standard Partner) has a unique QR code displayed at reception, at the info point or in their app. You scan it with your smartphone and you land on a website dedicated to your accommodation, on which all rates are already at the partner rate. You book and pay online as on any site, but with the automatic discount.
What is the difference between Premium Partners, Standard Partners and Other Partners?
Premium Partners: the accommodation sells tickets directly at reception and manages the booking for you (the top-tier service).
Standard Partners: you have a QR code and a dedicated website to book yourself in a few clicks, 24/7.
Other Partners: you get the partner rate by going directly to our Argelès ticket office with proof of membership (membership card, partner voucher, etc.).
How do I become a KapMer partner (as an accommodation provider)?
Get in touch at contact@kapmer.fr or via our contact form, specifying your type of establishment, your location and your number of stays per season. We will get back to you within 48 working hours to present the partnership levels suited to your activity.
Can the partner rate be combined with other promotions?
No. The partner rate is already a discounted rate and cannot be combined with other promo codes or gift cards. You get the best of the two: either the partner rate or the current promotion.

Ask your accommodation provider if they are a KapMer partner. If yes, they will explain the procedure for their partnership level (Premium, Standard or Other).
Get the QR code or buy on site
Depending on the partner: scan the QR code to book from your phone, or buy directly at the establishment's reception (Premium Partners).
Enjoy the partner rate
Your tickets are automatically at the partner rate — a saving offered by your accommodation provider as a thank-you for your stay.
